Refund #***

I have used clicks online platform to lodge a complaint but seems like that did not help, I placed an order and apparently the courier was hijacked and now requested for a refund and seems like no one within Clicks is attending to my query I have been waiting and waiting and the only response I got with no update was an email to process a refund from the on nothing. May I please have my money back online order ##***.
