Received Wrong Shade, Given Old Stock In-Store & Product Appeared Expired

I ordered the L’Oréal Infallible Powder Foundation online in shade 300 Golden Sand and paid for delivery. Clicks sent me the wrong shade (200).

To fix THEIR mistake, I had to travel at my own cost to two stores — Cornubia had no stock, and at Oceans Mall I was given a powder in old, previously opened-looking packaging, even though a new sealed shade 300 was clearly available on the shelf.

When I used the product, it cracked immediately and looked expired or compromised. This is unacceptable, especially for a cosmetic app**** to the face.

Clicks, please urgently improve product handling, staff training, and quality control. I expect immediate resolution. Not impressed at all.
