Received damaged and old Vicks cough syrup

I just received my clicks order when I noticed the Vicks syrup I ordered was damaged, leaking all over and obviously not sealed. I cannot use a product that's not sealed. Means that it was an old and used product.

I don't know if it was used before but I believe that it was. I have pictures to prove it and I have even sent it to your pages on Instagram and Facebook.. I really needed this Vicks cough syrup. I am unwell and I re**** on your service which truly disappointed me. It's been days now and nobody is getting back to me, I've even complained on one of the pictures you guys have posted on Instagram in hope that you see it and try to get back to me.

I didn't know clicks customer service was this bad. Utterly disappointed, I've spent thousands of rands in clicks over the past few years. Loyal customers aren't getting support.
