Recalled Citro Soda

Bad experience nje. Went there to return Citro Soda batch that has been recalled and I was told that they cannot help me I need to go back to clicks at Roodepoort where i bought it which will cost me petrol that I wont be compensated for. Mind you Protea glen mall is just near me and thats where I normally go too. This does not make any sense to me.
