Really bad dispensary service

I have used Clicks Pharmacy for years, but recently the quality of service has become ridiculously low. They dispense the wrong number of pills. They dispense injectible vials without syringes, they promise delivery but then sms you for collection. And worse, they do not adequately inform about the medication or simply do not inform at all. You have to check what they are giving you like a supervisor before you leave the counter or suffer a return trip to get things corrected. Their app should enable refilling prescriptions, but then items suddenly disappear off your scripts so you can't reorder what you need and have to go into the store. I tried speaking to the manager at the dispensary but he acted as if he didn't care at all.
