Entering Clicks at +/- 10:45 04/05/2023 - Loadshedding - All floor staff are on their phones - they cannot help me. I rush through the store trying to locate what I'm looking for. Can't find it.

My time is running out. - I grab a headband and head for the till. Then I think that maybe this is for children - let me try it on - to my left is the cosmetics - I run/walk there bad knee and hip and back- there must be a mirror.

I can't find it.

The shop assistant in that department lowers her phone and I ask her for a mirror. She takes a step to my right and points with her finger to who knows where and say's - "there is the mirror".... Whaaat?

I check behind her and she is squarely standing in front of a mirror and I ask her if I can use "that one". Her reply? - "There is one there where you're coming from ma"m" - Whaaat.

As I ignore her and use "her mirror" she still say's "There is a mirror where you are coming from"

Nooooooo.

At the checkout two ladies are talking - leaning on the counter.... they strike up a conversation with the customer in front of me.....

WOW Clicks - well done - You lost a customer who moved into the are and is working two buildings away from you.
