Rashieda the customer service experience QUEEN

I had the most amazing customer experience today at Clicks Adderley Street. Thank you soo much Rashieda Essop. I went in to the store, with the idea I'll only spend R700, and I also forgot my clubs card at the office. I got at the till, Rashieda was the cashier. I don't know how much I saved just by her telling me to swap my pack sizes or to take another one for cheaper, they were turning my basket upside down, LOL. I end up spending R1224.27 just because of her amazing and friendly customer service. If it was someone else, I would've most probably left a few items. She also advised me of an app I can download on my phone incases I forget my card again. She noticed that I am with Discovery M/aid, she told me about the loyalty points and apps so that I can register my cards. Thank you Rashieda for the great service, keep it up girl.....
