****** at Clicks Beacon Bay

I was assisted by a friendly cashier(Sandi), upon asking her for a straw she asked her fellow cashier for one. The fellow cashier (Chandre Adams) asked Sandi "how much" instead of "how many", Sandi answered Chandre and proceeded to correct her playfully. I joking said to Sandi thank you teacher. However Chandre took Sandi's humor to a racial level. Chandre turned around to another cashier ( Gailene Ronkwana) and said in Afrikaans that black people think they can correct coloured people's english, yet they forget that when they speak they refer to males as "she" and females as "he".I answered her in Afrikaans at Sandi's defense and explained that Sandi was just being playful yet,she is making a ****** and general comment based at all black people which is not fair. It was appalling to me as multilingual customer to hear such racial slurs being made in the presence of customers and with so much conviction.
