****** and pathetic customer service

Its so pathetic how clicks centre point milnerton is so ******, I've been watching this for a very long time. When a white or coloured customer needs assistance or escalating a issues its dealt with it in a professional manner and no arguments arouse. This day I'm not happy how the agent is arguing with me in front of other customers and I told him you have an attitude and his response was "it looks like you are the one who has a attitude problem" to the extent this other customer told me to escalate this, when requested for an area manager I was told its not available.
