Quote promotion price then charge original price

I ordered from the promotion which ends 9th March a 4 slice toaster at promotion price of R349 but have been charged R499. This is a disgrace. How can they send me the promotion and when I take up the offer they charge me more. I will not be using clicks online shopping again.
