Quicker to come into a store to purchase than buy online

<p>I purchased online, however clicks does not deliver to Newcastle, and therefore I was obliged to collect the goods at a clicks store. </p> <p> </p> <p>Ive been waiting for more than 15 minutes to receive my parcel. </p> <p> </p> <p>Please train staff on how to assist customers. Had I known it would take so long, I would have purchased everything in the store because it would have been quicker. </p>
