Queuing system and long wait

I want to get medicine at the Clicks branch at All Saints in Olivedale yesterday.

The wait was about 30 to 35 minuets and what mad it worse was that any client that came for collection, they went straight to the front of the electronic queuing system ( about 8 client). The other 12 clients and my self sat there waiting like idiots. Secondly the main pharmacist was have a long chat with a visitor instead of helping the long queue.

From now on I rather take my business to where I am respected as a client
