Questionable return policy - a money maker
I was standing next to my pensioner mother when she asked the pharmacist for the probiotics that she buys every month from Clicks. <br> She turned her back on us, took something from the shelf, put it in a bag with other medication and stapled it shut with an invoice. <br> At no point was the product shown to us. Not a problem right? This is Clicks! <br> When we get home we open the bag and immediately see it is the wrong product. Right brand. Wrong variant.<br> BUT now as per \Clicks policy and as per law"as we found out today she cannot exchange it for what she really needs. That is fine - it is only just over a R100's worth of over priced"
