Queenswood quarter

I had a bad experience with Clicks Queenswood Quarter. During the Covid-19 pandemic their operating hours on a Saturday is until 16:00. I urgently needed an essential item and I arrived at 15:45. They said the store is already closed and the 16:00 is for when their staff leaves, they actually close at 15:30. This is not stated on their pamphlet at the door. They were inconsiderate and unfriendly. They simply told me to come back the next day and I should lay a complaint - sarcastically.
