Que

Today I had one of the most bad customer service from the till operator his name Vincent. We were waiting in a very long que with only three cashiers, while waiting the employee from pick n pay just pass through everybody else and went straight to above mentioned till operator and pay. When I asked the operator how can somebody pass through and pay without even asking us and the response which I received from the operator he said to me that's how they operate within the mall the employees from the mall they don't que and he said if I've got a problem I should go and ask the guy from pick and pay. My question is I'm I not a paying customer which means we as customers they don't care about us, I've been shopping at clicks for a very long time. I THINK IT IS BETTER FOR CLICKS JUBILEE MALL TO PUT A VERY HUGE SIGN THAT STATE THE EMPLOYEES OF THE MALL THEY DON'T QUE AT ALL. Then it's better for clicks jubilee mall to open the doors for mall employees only.
