Quality of 2ply 18pack

I have recently bought clicks toilet paper 18 pack 2ply , I've noticed that the quality is not longer the same as is very hard and not soft. I send an email with my complaint instead they wanted slip and a bag for barcode I do no longer have those but I told them on my clicks card they can see my purchase but they still refused to help me.
