Putting Patients in Danger!

<p>I was given the wrong prescription last week by your Sandton City dispensary (it was labelled correctly and yet it was something else inside). I sent you my complaint last week Friday and I have yet to hear from you. This is a serioius matter as you are putting the lives of patients in danger. It's been an entire week and I still have no resolution, and my condition is not improving in the meantime - this is unaccetable. I will be escalating the matter to the Medicines Control Council of South Africa in hopes that you will be taken to task.</p>
