Purchased baby bag

On Tuesday the 26th of December I went to Clicks in Port Elizabeth, Medlife to purchase a baby bag for my nephew, the price was R340, and when the cashier scanned the bag it scanned R1. At the counter, they didn't want to give that baby bag to me for an R1, the manager of the shop laughed like I was a joke and then she called her IT Department who said that it was their fault and head office said that I couldn't get the bag for that R1. I have an issue with the way the manager of Clicks handles the problem.
