Public Humiliation and False Allegations

I received a call from the same person who was extremely rude to me at Clicks Killarney Mall, offering an apology over the phone as if that alone resolves the situation. It does not.

The manager and the security guard treated me with complete disrespect. I was forcibly taken to the back of the store, searched, and backup was called as though I were a dangerous individual. Even after nothing was found on me, no apology was offered. When I tried to express my frustration and discuss the matter, I was instead told to leave the store.

Now, only after I raised a formal complaint on this platform, they suddenly feel the need to apologize — an apology I do not accept. The way I was treated, as though I were a ***** or a threat, was deeply disturbing and unacceptable.

What has further angered me is that during the call, the manager ****, claiming someone reported that I was hiding items in my private area. This is completely false. From the moment I entered the store, the manager followed me throughout. If there truly had been suspicion, they could have immediately checked the CCTV footage. In fact, the manager later admitted that when the footage was reviewed, it showed I had taken nothing at all.

There must be consequences for this conduct. I am currently consulting with my lawyer and will not let this matter go until it is properly addressed.
