PUBLIC HUMILIATION

I always rated your store as one of the top rfetails stores in SA until yesterday when I was so badly accused by one of your security guards. I walked into your store to buy water and even before I could enter I asked him(security) if they sell water then he gave me the directions to the fridge. Just as I was walking out he asked to search me which I was okay with it but suprised that he chose me of all people then I asked him why, he said to me that I am a suspect, I asked what does he mean he said to me at his trainin they taught him how does the suspect looks. That wondered me but I left to go to my work, then as I was busy working with my staff, the mall manager and his crew confronted me to says they got a call from Clicks to say that I am a suspect. I was puzzled didnt know what they meant refering back to that security's words. We went back and forth with words to an extent that I ignored them because they were doing this in front of my STAFF( people that I lead). NEVER FELT SO HUMILIATED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE MORE ESPECIALLY IN FRONT OF MY STAFF. I even thought its better for me to open a case for this matter to be resolved because I wanna know what am I suspected for.
