Public Holiday routines - IT DEPARTMENT not diligent

The Clicks Pharmacy IVR system is not updated to align with opening hours on public holidays - viz. today on 16th December - (when calling the number it goes through the full workflow and then just rings - instead of indicating right upfront that they are already closed because it’s a public holiday - this is not hard to do with available technology today - it’s really lazy on the part of the IT department
