Provident fund Claim

I was working for clicks from May 2015 until December 2021. In January 2022 I handed in my resignation letter to my line manager and that time, If I remember it was the 3rd when I gave in my letter.It been year now and I haven't received My Provident Fund money and the story they came up with is that they migrated from NMG to Alex Forbes my concern is that, so it takes a year to migrate..... Am the one who's calling them to get an update of what's happening, how far with the process, really now it disappointing for such a big company to conducts itself like this. Normally for Provident fund it takes 2 to 8 weeks to get your money, never heard of a whole year..... This is ridiculous.
