Prospan packaging loose and risky

Very disappointed with clicks manager response: He acknowledged the poor packaging of Prospan box and said that they seal it with the tape at the bottom to secure it ( safety measure)and also advise me to escalate the matter to the supplier which is Austell. My question is why place something on shelve which is not safe for customers? Why is the box tape sealed at the bottom but other boxes not sealed with the tape? Why refer a customer to the supplier however the item was bought from the store? Kanti why do we have managers in the store????
