Promotion is just a 'gemic'

Good day,
Can you kindly attend to the below?
On SundayI went to Clicks Edenmeadow to purchase a blood test machine, as a friend from work told me there is currently a promotion. When I got in the store, I did see the promotion. I paid for this with my medical aid, but the pharmacist refused to give me the 50 free test strips. Her excuse was, 'there is 'terms & conditions' & the free strips to not apply . She then told me to discuss this matter further with the manager. I then approached the manager, who gave me a total different story. He said that the pharmacy & store are not linked, so he is unable to help me. The following items lead me to believe that I was ******:
1) Why my friend get this items at your store? We have the same medical aid.
2) If you have a look at the attached, you will see the words 'terms & conditions" is omitted, so the excuse the pharamist gave is b#$$
3) I pay for any medical aid short-fall at the Clicks till point, so the managers excuse "the pharmacy & store is not linked", AGAIN b#$$
3) Dischem got this same product (normal price) as follows
a) Machine: R125.00, Strips R110.00 TOTAL= R235.00
My medical aid paid R306.80 just for the machine at Clicks. So, if I got this product from Dischem, I would have saved R71.80 & would have got 50 'paid' for strips.

If you look at my logic carefully, you will notice that I was ****** at your store yesterday

I received feed back from customer service(Ayesha Kamish) who chose to throw some terms & conditions. She did not take time to anwer any of my questions raised

I trust that you would look into this matter, as a regular customer at your Clicks store, this customer service has left a bad taste

RK Moonsamy
