Promo display not giving enough explanation

Today I went for shopping as I always do at clicks...I had a very very very bad experience with the promotion tickets that is displayed in the store as it doesn't give us as customers the full explanation on promo and what's not excluded.ON THE SHELF UNDER THE WOMEN SPRAY A TICKET IS DISPLAYED SAYING 2 FOR R62 PER OFFER and the description says it's for Lethenic or Exclamation BodySpray 90ml or 125ml. So I got to the tills and want to pay for the promotion price but the supervisor is telling me that the Lethenic spray that I chose it's excluded and I dispute it with her as it doesn't specify that on the ticketing where I got the spray and she told me I won't get it as it's exclusive and as much im telling her about it it doesn't say that on the ticket she refuse to give it as per the promo ticket dispaly and then she showed me in the pamflet it gives the description as she explained it earlier to me and I said to her I see but on the display it doesn't rectify that the spray that I took it's exclusive thats why i took the Lethenic as shown on the promo ticket that she also went and fetch..I am very upset the way the prices and promos are displayed. Its also not the first that I experience something like this and if you dont look at your slip you will never no that u over paid for goods that is on promo.
