Promises and Lies with non existent Customer Service

After trying to get assistance for more than a week now already I'm still nowhere closer to resolving my query. I called on Tuesday and was advised that I will get feedback within 48 hours but guess what, still nothing.

What more must one do to just get some service. Can a Senior Person with authority please call me to get this matter resolved. I have wasted enough of my time now trying to get this resolved.
