PROFILED

Whoa! I love shopping at clicks but I will never set my foot at the Clicks Jabulani Mall branch.Here's the deal nobody likes being profiled, but I was profiled. It's Black Friday the time is 10:30 I am rushing passing clicks to get a deodrant and Sunscreen heading to a pool party, already I have my bag inside it I have, My nivea lotion and my face cream and eye drops. I politely went to ask the security lady if I can get inside with my bag since they like treating us like *********. The lady said I should go inside ,she wasn't paying attention and I proceeded inside. Then! a lady came SCREAMING at me by the sunscreen section.Okay let me make you understand why she was screaming. I had earphones on but I wasn't playing music I just had them on. Fine this lady tells me the security is calling me, I go back. she rants about MY earphones her and this other staff member start telling me how I will get arrested if I walk inside with my items inside the bag. They refrence how earphones are making me act rude, how I am a boy without manners, how young people of today act, How I think I know it all. So all this ranting is because of an assumption because I had earphones on. Shopping at clicks was very unpleasant I have to say. I don't see the point of tagging my items and when I exit you don't look inside my bag again since you trying to see if I am not *****ing? I don't get it guys. I don't get it at all. you guys are mad rude hey. I buy stuff from you guys for my hygiene and health. I don't come to your store to be given life lessons based on assumptions and stereotypes.
