Clicks Direct Medicines has been dispensing me and my husbands chronic medicine for years. Our medical Aid Medipos has contract with them for dispensi.g and distribution.

My medicine was dispensed on wednesday which I could see from email I received from Medipos. No medicine has been delivered when phoning clicks direct every time I am told another lie. Yesterday late I received an email stating that the courier had my medicine on friday they are investigating why it was not delivered.

After phoning and holding on five times this morning Refilwe told ne she sent an email to the courier. The courier is private people that works for Watermeyer Pharmacy which I have also tried phoning three times but every time the phone is picked up and put down that cuts me off.

My medicine is running out I only have till tomorrow morning and as diabetic I need my medicine.

I really experience that Clicks Direct Medicine is not doing anything to help their clients in assisting with the trackimg of medicine. Their service was the best till five years ago when their system was changed and I used to be able to talk to only one agent whi was always clued up with her clients profiles but nowadays its as if its just another job and another client complaining.
