I wish to commend the fantastic and professional service I received from all the officials I came in contact with when placing my scrip for monthly medication. Not only did they process my requests efficiently but one of their ladies, unfortunately I did not catch her name, phoned me to enquire whether my medication had been authorised as chronic from my Medical aid and when I answered in the negative, she immediately said that she would submit an application on my behalf. This she attended to promptly to which I received a written response from my Medical aid. All this plus they deliver the monthly medicine promptly to my chosen address at no cost. In contrast the same medication from my local Pharmacy attracts a \member's levy"of 11% and also saves me the expense of having to drive to the Pharmacy and stand in a queue for a length of time to collect each month. An absolute no brainer for which I again extend my grateful appreciation to the Company and their brilliant staff. """
