Products leaking

To whom it may concern

On the Saturday that has passed I bought 4 smartbite 1L coconut oil x4 which I use for cosmetic purposes as a body moisturizer and 7 boxes of Veet wax strips.

Coming home just to find that 2 containers of the coconut oil had been cracked in the packet... I’ve noticed that the containers had been oily when I had purchased them and the cashier said it’s normal. I left everything inside the packet and had packed it all all away and when I came home I had found that my entire cupboard was ruined and the entire 2 containers had leaked out, what makes me upset is the fact that my wax strips got destroyed too!

Unfortunately I couldn’t take this back to clicks as it was surrounded by ants as it’s sweet coconut oil! Everything was a complete mess! I’ve spend an amount of R1000 for this purchase...

This isn’t the first time I’m experiencing this issue! I’ve had issues in the past where I’ve orders online shampoos, lotions and bubble baths which were also leaking and I never complained not once instead I transferred it into other bottles...

This time with the coconut oil and wax strips being ruined I’m not going to tolerate it! I refuse to accept this! It’s unprofessional and I will never go back to clicks in lenasia... I’m going there tomorrow or Thursday to speak to the manger! I want something done about this!

This is unacceptable!
