Product quality

I bought a few items from clicks including M&M towels, not sure if it was the 24th of May 2022, i started using the towels one the 28th May.

I sent an email on the 1st June reporting that they were torn or tearing, i got a response to attach pictures and a receipt which i did and since then i haven't heard from them. This is the second time this happens, first time i had them returned to the store for a full refund, i haven't returned them now because i haven't had the chance to hence i sent them the email. I’m disappointed
