Product Failure

I'm writing this review, to lay a complain on the Kambrook Blender I bought. Only used it 3 times, but now the glass jar rubber is finished. Yet the blender is still brand new, all I need is an exchange. If not possible, then a refund should be granted. Because this is total *******, for a product still new. I would also need assistance, with tracing the slip on the system. Using my club card, for the store to assist. This is totally unacceptable, for a blender so new.
