Probiotics

On Thursday I bought probiotics at Clicks in Walmer 6th avenue. After payment the money went through but they couldn't capture the purchase as the electricity went off. They promised to call the following day but they didn't nonetheless I received an SMS for payment correction on Friday. On Saturday the money was deducted again in my account. I went to clicks and they said the amount is not reflecting on their system I must go to Capitec. I went to Capitec and printed the bank statement and the void that Clicks did never went through because is not showing on my statement. Can please Clicks fix this by giving me the product I paid or refund me and stop sending me to Capitec while their void was never successful. Please I'm tired of running around like a headless chicken
