Privacy/Confidentiality Violated

I’ve been collecting my meds from different clicks store for almost 3 years now and not for once I have encountered a thing similar to what happened at clicks Cresta Mall today 02/11/2024. The Gentleman placed my chronic medication in the open and anyone could see and to me that displays zero respect and knowledge of patient confidentiality. To all the clicks I’ve collected from including Cresta, they always came with the medication already wrapped or in a plastic and privacy always respected. I could attach a picture how my medication was placed in the open and for longer than 5 minutes while the Gentleman was still trying to navigate the system.
