Prices on items and club card points

Why is it that service at clicks is always so poor. Items on the shelves don't have prices and when you are trying to find someone to assist it's always like they don't exist or don't want to help. My complaint is about the pricing on molicare premium slip the large size. Why is that the store in salt rock is more expensive on the very same item than the ballito bay branch. When i asked the cashier, she said she doesn't know. Also I've been spending 1000 every week for the last 2 months burying this product, the molicare diapers.

But i don't see any points being added to my profile. I asked the cashier and she said that it's points that's converted to rand value. Be that as it may how can i have spent over 4000 in the last month ans and have less than 2000 points with no rand value.
