Preferential treatment based on race - ELSPARK

I was first in line at your pharmacy in Elspark on 21 December at 9h05, waiting for the pharmacist to call me (no ticketing system). A few minutes later a lady comes and stands next to me talking to her friend in Zulu saying "she will show me". When it was my turn to be served I approached the pharmacist but this young lady pushes in front of me telling me she was first. I told her I was first in line then she says she went to do shopping and now she is returning to her place in line. I told her that only works where there is a ticketing system and she replies "this is how it works".

The pharmacist ignores me and serves her first. When it is my turn I ask the pharmacist how the queue system works at Elspark because it doesn't work like that anywhere else. She says sorry she did not see anyone she only sees the person in front of her and calls for the next person when done. I pointed out that she looked up at me when I arrived but she denies it. She also says their cameras are not facing the line.

So could you please explain how the system works so that I can use it in future or does it not apply to white people?
