Possible "malpractice and ********* behavior at Clicks pharmacy - Lyttelton branch (Centurion)
Twice my schedule 5 medication was short of 10 tables. The medication doesn't get counted in front of the client, gets sealed in a brown paper bag, without any knowledge of what is in the bag. The minute you pay for the medication and you leave the store, you don't have any evidence that "malpractice and ********* behavior" was done concerning the medication dispensed. Both incidents happened where the medication was dispensed as 45 tablets (as indicated on the medication holder, with you payed for) but when you count the number of tablets at home, you find that tablets are missing. I have been complaining about this matter since May 2020 - via email and telephone WITHOUT ANY FEEDBACK REGARDING THIS MATTER. I also lodged a complaint with the South-African Pharmaceutical Council, regarding this matter and that Clicks are not giving me any feedback. How many other people are being "****med" without them knowing it, a specially the elderly. Both incidents the same staff were involved, and today they were still on duty - without receiving any feedback regarding my experience and complaints lodged. " At Clicks, we regard all complaints and comments from our customers in a very serious light, and we actively use this information to improve the quality of our products and service" Sorry, you are laying with this statement. It is my consumer right to know what is going on regarding this matter.
