Poorest service ever

I was at clicks boulders Midrand today at 14h30 on the 17.12.2020 to collect medication. I got there then stood on the que tilll when it was my turn to collect my medication then the pharmasist whixh I did mot see her bame said she can't help me at that time I must wait for her till she is done with what she was doing .Then at 15h05 my ID and card was collected for another pharmasist to come back to me at 15h45 and said she can't find my medication. I must first produce my sms before rexeiving my medication. Then another pharmasist now the third one came and took my particulars and apologized fair enoughonly to find my medication in 3 minutes. Literally I waited for almost 2 hours for something that only took 3 minutes for it to be given to me because of people who don't love their job. I was late for work and suspended for being late because someone was just lazy to assist me in time and just because someone did not want to do their job or don't love their job.
