Poor treatment by Clicks

More than 6 weeks have elapsed since Clicks acknowledged receipt of my written complaint.

No concrete reason has been proffered for the delay. They have merely informed me that they are "currently investigating".

Do they take their customers for fools? Their conduct is insulting and shameful.

It appears that nothing has in fact been done.

Hardly surprising that they have an average rating of 1.81 stars (out of 5 stars).
