Poor services

O have bought Rusell hobs iron at clicks Pretoria north,its stop working with 2 year warranty which is 1year exchange after 1 year repair. then I took it back click on the 20 April 2021 and they said it's more than a year they will send it to the supplier for fixing,after waiting they called me ,I went there to collect on the 17 August 2021 .when plug the iron on the 18 August 2021 it was not working. I took it back on the 19 August 2021 and they try to call the supplier for explanation until they say we are getting any respond they will call me and let me know if I need to pay R489-90 for the supplier to fix the iron or why the have send it back without fixing it.so do I need to wait another 4 month or more to get help and how do I deal w the supplier?
