poor services

<p>Went to clicks last year with a prescription and the attended told me they cannot help me because there was a problem with my medical aid.i called the medical aid and they told me everything was okay from their side.went back again in January and the attendant told me it was a mediscor problem.they told me to call head office and i did.head office told me to ask them to call them.went back and i told them that they needed to call head office and they said the problem was that clicks is still under khanyisa pharmacy on the system.my problem is that the attendants know about this problem and are not helping.its march and still having the same problem and they will tell you to go to another clicks.why then did that clicks opened there?was is not for convenience?and why are they not bothered when a lot of people are send back because of their system.</p>
