Poor service....no communication

I handed a script in on the 17th August. On the 11th September I phoned and the manager said 2 to 3 days. Well today the 18th September .?....still no communication from clicks. Bring back zmr Gunter who kept us informed. This medication is to prolong my life......CLICKS EDGEMEAD DON'T CARE.......NO COMMUNICATION.I have dpoken to my medical aid to get alternative supplier. Cos of this medication is R16500 per month
