Poor service through customer care

Purchased an online order that never arrived. Waited over a month after numerous phone calls and eventually they dispatched my order. I was told I'd received Compensation in the form of a voucher that just needs to be signed off by the supervisor. 2 months later and I'm still waiting. Disappointed but not surprised
