Poor Service Standards At Clicks Pharmacy Dundee!!

Clicks Pharmacy Dundee, has no common standard and their service delivery is appalling. For individuals that are employed in the medical field they never seem to take the initiative to look at a situation further, i suggest the staff that worked and assisted my husband today remove their blinkers and consider your patients circumstances if you are unable to do so remove yourself from working in the medical field!!!! I have a repeat script which a script had been emailed to me by my Gynae located in Johannesburg hence i was unable to produce the original. The pharmacist / pharmacy assistant assisted me last month and dispensed my contraceptive obviously on receipt of the copy. I must add she had assisted me before and always so friendly and going the extra mile!! Due to me having an imbalance it is important for me to take these tabs to ensure regular cycles. Today, my husband had to be turned away because according to their records it had not been captured correctly or not captured, so kindly advise who's problem is that, are you damn shallow headed people aware of the consequences of skipping these tabs? Clearly not!! I will rather support our local pharmacies where we are always assited in the most friendly manner and they definitely go out of their way to ensure they are able to ensure that the patient is satisfied with their service!!
