Poor service received from cashiers at front desk

Called clicks sanbel in Bellville 15 times today and the consultant picks up and drops the phone in my ear.

I have a query for the pharmacy but someone is too lazy to do their job,clearly they dont have anyone over seeing the tills where the phone is being answered and dropped,the consultant Nasiphi answerd the first time so i think she is the one answering and dropping the phone
