Poor service of click clinic nurse

<p>It seems poor service is now the normal thing in South Africa. I made an appointment for my boy to have his 6 months injection and drops administered at Clicks pharmacies the in house clinic at Westgate Mall Mitchell's Plain.I went in on the 15th February to make the appointment for the 17th of March.I was told they will order the necessary stuff and have it ready for the 17th . On the 17th I was told they forget to go fetch the drops and that I can come Monday for that .I came Monday and I was told they didn't have I should come Thursday.I went Thursday and guess what they didn't have I was then told that they will call me in the following week.A whole week passed and no feedback. Very disappointing but I guess clicks just don't care .</p>
