Poor Service, No Delivery

This is a really unprofessional business. I completed an online order on the 25September and nothing arrived! When I called in to their call centre, I spoke to a consultant who hung up on me. So I called back, only to be told that I had put in my address details incorrectly (The lady then says that they attempted delivery of my goods 7 times; which is impossible because I put in my address details incorrectly!!! I had to then go through the process again only to be told that someone would contact me, surprise surprise, this has not be done. I have paid for the goods so I am not sure what to do her, I am annoyed and really p***** off. Some companies can be really stupid
