POOR SERVICE FROM SAMATHA MOLOI

After 15 years of being a monthly clicks customer, I have never received such ********** service from Samatha Moloi who works at the tills at Clicks Northmead Mall. At the till while trying verify my points, Samthatha refused to verify how many points I had accumulated and went on furtherer to tell me that I “looked” like the customer who only buys specials. She went on to say other things that extremely offended me and this done in front of Mpho the Manager. I was so offended that I left all the monthly items I buy for my family of 5.

I enjoy shopping at Clicks Northmead Mall and would not want to stop shopping at any clicks store because of a rude employee with no manners. I plead with you to please address Samatha Moloi’s attitude to customers and if she has not customer service s****s, she might be suited in another non customer facing position. The Manager at the store had listened and watched my entire conversation with Samatha Moloi take place and did absolutely nothing about what had happened. All I heard were giggles as I walked away.

Can I please suggest you take them to Clicks Rynfield Terrace and Northmead square, the team at these two stored will show that how customers are treated.
