Poor service from pharmacist at Clicks, Paarl

I am very disgusted with the service received this morning from pharmacist Yolanda at Clicks Labori Center in Paarl.

For 11 years my daughter has been on her dad's medical aid and I have signing rights to purchase her medicine on his medical aid. In fact his medical aid and click club card is linked to my club card.

My 7month old son is in the process of being added and normally when I purchase medicines there is no issue.

This morning I purchased nose spray that both my son and daughters use and this Yolanda lady tells me loud enough for the entire store to hear that she can't help me and put it through on medical aid as I'm busy commit G *****. Just 3days ago I've been assisted at the same store to purchase some cough medication.

Never in my life have I been so embarrassed.

How the hell can I comit ***** by just purchasing some medicine as I've been doing for 12 years and have had no problems.

I need this addressed ASAP.
