Poor service from pharmacist

I went to Clicks at Mall of the South at 17h30 today,the 20th Oct 2017.I asked the pharmacist for Zantac,or Histak only to be told that there is no stock."no problem" i said,"Can I please have an alternative." No,we dont have anything she said. After walking over to Winston,I was shown 3 different alternatives,all of which i dont like so i didn't take it.But I appreciated his help and was disgusted at the lack of effort by the lady who assisted me first.She refused to give me her name and went and hid behind the counter when I asked for it. This branch is one of the quietest around,yet the service is so poor.They should be trying much harder to keep the clients who walk in,instead of losing them to Diskem,who sorted me out by the way,with proper advice and professional service. Very disappointing.I expect better from a qualified pharmacist who should realize her duty to inform and advise patients,thereby ensuring the sale at the end of the day.
